2.Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Products that have been used
Minor cosmetic variations related to the 3D printing process
Normal wear and tear
Orders placed by mistake
SocialFlip products are produced and finished individually. Small visual variations may occur and are considered part of the product characteristics.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the production process.
3.Return shipping
If a return is approved due to damage, incorrect delivery, or another verified issue caused by us, SocialFlip will cover reasonable replacement or shipping costs where applicable.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4.Shipping policy
We currently ship to countries within the European Union only.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, production planning, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
